Deborah Jael Publishers
As a publishing company, with societal concerns and to make a difference, we have partnered and currently provide consulting, task force and prevention training services that are targeted in the future to become legally mandatory for all child based agencies to receive and maintain government funding. We have reached out to leaders both locally and in Washington to provide a global initiative to decrease and prevent childhood sexual abuse.
Our purpose and mission is simple:
A. Empower through literature
B. Educate via prevention training services
C. Eliminate abuse through community and global collaboratives
Our collaboration targets the following agencies:
1. Parents, foster parents, and guardians
2. Schools K-12 including Higher-Ed, public and private
3.Faith based organizations
4. Youth oriented organizations
5. Youth sports related organizations
6. Child protection service
7. Mental health professionals
8. Community centers
9. Law enforcement
10. Judicial and policy makers
On a community level the need for services is clear. A recent senate bill proposed that all organizations who received funding related to children's services, be denied funding, if their organization failed to provide childhood sexual prevention based training. This bill was connected to mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse/molestation reporting. It's the "legal wave" of the future, but shouldn't the training be provided regardless? If your child related, educational, faith based, after school or community based agency does not participate in childhood sexual abuse prevention based training your agency is considered liable in the court of law should you be sued, and your organization may loose future funding for non-compliance.
